Shipping Policy for Online Orders

How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Special Orders - If you have contacted us to place an order for an item that is considered a special order, your product may be shipped directly from our sales reps or manufacturers. Shipping timeline and rates may vary and may not fall under this policy.

What are your shipping rates?

We ship within the continental United States. Our rates are variable based on item size, weight and dimensions.

We offer free shipping for orders over $95 (before taxes).

Rates subject to change for extremely heavy items or at our discretion if required.


Return Policy for Online Orders

Do you accept returned items?

Yes. We want you to be happy with your purchase from If for any reason you wish to return an item for a refund, we will be happy to accept the unused item(s) in original condition, with original packaging still intact. You will be issued a refund to the card you used when purchasing.

Timeline for returns: We accept returns and issues refunds only if the item(s) are sent back to us within two weeks of receipt. This means your return package must be post-marked no more than 14 days past the date you received your order. Many items we carry are seasonable in nature, and because we are a small business, we require prompt returns.


Before you return your order: Please send us an email with a photo of the item you wish to return so we can approve your return. Email return request to: [email protected]. Once approved, mail items to the address below. (buyer responsible for return packaging and shipping costs)

Will I get a refund?

Because we are a small company and order very limited quantities, we offer refunds only if we receive your returned item promptly (see above). Refunds will be issued to the debit or credit card used while purchasing. We also offer store credit for all approved returns (value of product + taxes charged) if you prefer.
